Description

The literal translation of "Profumo Di Bosco" is "Scent of the Woods". This is a very special pizza made with black truffle paste, mushroom, mozzarella and pancetta on our signature hand stretched Farretti pizza dough. This pizza is finished off with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parley and basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

All of our pizzas are part baked and then frozen to retain their shape and freshness allowing you to finish them off in your own oven at home straight from frozen. Each pizza is the perfect size for one person so everyone can enjoy their own favourite choice of toppings. If you're feeling extra hungry, sharing 3 pizzas between 2 people is always a good option.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven:

Frozen: 15 minutes at 180°C

Chilled: 10-12 minutes at 180°C
