Larger Dishes & Event Pizzas

Planning an event? Let Farretti's bring the authentic taste of Italy to your celebration. We offer a range of delicious, freshly prepared dishes, perfect for gatherings of any size:

  • Lasagna: Available in meat, vegetable, or aubergine parmigiana varieties, baked to perfection. Delivered hot in large trays, the lasagna will need to be portioned onto plates by the customer (we do not provide portioning). You can bring your own trays for us to cook in, or borrow ours!

  • Tiramisù: Our classic, rich and creamy tiramisù can also be made in large dishes for sharing – a sweet finish to any event!

  • Hot Pizzas: We’ll cook our famous pizzas fresh for your event. Choose from collection or delivery – whichever suits you best!

  • Garlic Bread: Available as an add-on, delivered portioned and rolled in foil to keep warm in our insulated boxes.

Pricing

All dishes for events (lasagna, pizza, tiramisù) are charged at standard menu prices if collected chilled, plus:

  • +50% deposit
  • +50% if cooked and delivered (only 25% delivery fee for the tiramisù)
  • If collected, we’ll take 25% off the price

Event Pricing Examples (Delivered Hot)

Example 1: 40 Margherita Pizzas Delivered Hot

  • Price per pizza: £6
  • Total for 40 pizzas: 40 * £6 = £240
  • Add 50% (for cooking and delivery): £240 + 50% = £360
  • Deposit (50%): £180
  • Total Remaining to Pay: £180
  • Cost per person (pizza only): £360 ÷ 40 = £9 per person

Example 2: 40 Margherita Pizzas & 40 Portions of Tiramisù

  • Price per pizza: £6
  • Price per tiramisù portion: £4.50
  • Pizza Total: 40 * £6 = £240
  • Tiramisù Total: 40 * £4.50 = £180
  • Pizza with Cooking/Delivery Fee: £240 + 50% = £360
  • Tiramisù with 25% Delivery Fee: £180 + 25% = £225
  • Combined Total: £360 (pizza) + £225 (tiramisù) = £585
  • Deposit (50%): £292.50
  • Total Remaining to Pay: £292.50
  • Cost per person (pizza + tiramisù): £585 ÷ 40 = £14.63 per person

Example 3: 30 Portions of Lasagna with Garlic Bread

  • Price per lasagna portion: £8
  • Price per garlic bread portion: £2.50
  • Lasagna Total: 30 * £8 = £240
  • Garlic Bread Total: 30 * £2.50 = £75
  • Lasagna with Cooking/Delivery Fee: £240 + 50% = £360
  • Garlic Bread (no extra fee, already portioned): £75
  • Combined Total: £360 (lasagna) + £75 (garlic bread) = £435
  • Deposit (50%): £217.50
  • Total Remaining to Pay: £217.50
  • Cost per person (lasagna + garlic bread): £435 ÷ 30 = £14.50 per person

Example 4: 30 Portions of Lasagna & 30 Portions of Tiramisù Delivered Hot

  • Price per lasagna portion: £8
  • Price per tiramisù portion: £4.50
  • Lasagna Total: 30 * £8 = £240
  • Tiramisù Total: 30 * £4.50 = £135
  • Lasagna with Cooking/Delivery Fee: £240 + 50% = £360
  • Tiramisù with 25% Delivery Fee: £135 + 25% = £168.75
  • Combined Total: £360 (lasagna) + £168.75 (tiramisù) = £528.75
  • Deposit (50%): £264.38
  • Total Remaining to Pay: £264.38
  • Cost per person (lasagna + tiramisù): £528.75 ÷ 30 = £17.63 per person
