The true Italian classic! Made with a generous amount of ragu' and white sauce (made with rice flour), blended together with lasagna pasta (gluten free and no egg), mozzarella and parmesan . The ragu' is slow cooked as 'la nonna' used to do and it is made with local organic reared beef & pork. We also do a gluten free vegetable lasagna.
Peel the lid off, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and bake for:
Fresh: 30/35 minutes at 180°C
Frozen: 60/65 minutes at 180°C
Had this today for lunch and it was delicious! I will definitely be having it again. ☺️
