Layers of vegetable mince and white sauce, combined with home-made Farretti pasta and roasted cubed aubergines, zucchini and red peppers. All smothered with slow cooked tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake from frozen in oven at 180 for 1hour until inside is 65/70degrees. To cook it defrosted, put the dish in fridge the night before and bake for 30/35minutes.
