Veal is historically the most “traditional" meat used in Italian cuisine. It's used in the same way as beef but veal is much more mildly flavoured and more tender.
These tender and succulent Veal cutlets are breaded with our crispy Ciabatta breadcrumbs and pan fried in olive oil.
Reheat in oven at 180c for about 10min, double the time if frozen.
