Our award winning Olive Ciabatta. Awarded the Great Taste Award in 2020 and described by judges as “A good loaf… the olives evident but not overwhelming… a plump, well risen well aerated ciabatta”.
Try it for yourselves dipped in olive oil or slathered with butter or soft cheese. A great addition to a Mediterranean platter. It can be easily re-heated from frozen.
We also do a classic ciabatta loaf and individual ciabatta rolls.
Ready to eat soft as it is, or for a crispy crust bake for about 5 minutes in the oven at 180°C or until hard to the touch.
