Tender and succulent free range local chicken breasts are pounded-out by hand to an even thickness and coated with our crispy Ciabatta breadcrumbs before being pan fried in olive oil.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
Fresh: Reheat at 180°C for 15 minutes
Frozen: Reheat at 180°C for 30 minutes
Make sure the internal temperature reaches 75°C or 165°F
