The true Italian classic! Our award winning lasagna is made with a generous amount of ragu' and white sauce, blended together with homemade egg lasagna pasta, mozzarella and parmesan . The ragu' is slow cooked as 'la nonna' used to do and it is made with local organic reared beef & pork. Pairs perfectly with our cheesy garlic ciabattini. We also do a vegetarian vegetable lasagna and a gluten free classic lasagna.
Peel the lid off, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven and bake for:
Fresh: 30/35 minutes at 180°C
Frozen: 60/65 minutes at 180°C
