Toast it for breakfast, great with savoury or sweet fillings for lunch, dip it in oil as a starter, toast it for breakfast or use it to mop up soups and stews. 

Put it in a hot oven for few minutes for a crispy crust. Freezes beautifully, keep some in freezer for unexpected guests.
